The company is owned and operated by Andre Cicero. Andre retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation after more than thirty-three years of service as a Special Agent. He served as a Polygraph Examiner for eleven years. He completed more than twenty two hundred polygraph exams in support of investigations conducted by the FBI and its federal, state, local, and international law enforcement partners. Andre has extensive experience conducting interviews and polygraph tests based on his vast experience with law enforcement investigations, national security matters, and employment matters. The company is based in New Jersey and services the U.S., and elsewhere. Andre is a member in good standing with the American Polygraph Association (APA).
Andre successfully completed polygraph training at the National Center For Credibility Assessment (NCCA) at U.S. Army Base, Ft. Jackson, S.C. The NCCA is the preeminent polygraph training facility in the world. It is where all U.S. federal law enforcement agencies, U.S. intelligence agencies, and U.S. Department of Defense personnel are trained. In addition, he has advanced training in polygraph countermeasures and polygraph quality control procedures. Through polygraph testing both internationally and domestically, Andre is experienced in working with persons of diverse backgrounds. He has successfully used interpreters/translators while conducting polygraph exams. AG Cicero Polygraph Service is supported by a team of polygraph examiners with similar experience as Andre, whom were all trained at NCCA and are retired FBI polygraph examiners with a minimum ten years of FBI polygraph experience.
